Cavalier Products is the primary North American distributor for JCS Hi-Torque Ltd — supplying the full range of British-made stainless steel hose clamps and clips across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
JCS Hi-Torque Ltd manufactures in Sudbury, Suffolk, England, with company roots tracing back to 1768. Every clamp in the range is produced to tolerances demanded by marine, aviation, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, and food-production customers worldwide.
Cavalier Products has carried JCS for years, and today we proudly supply it continent-wide. You don't need to be on one of our Texas delivery routes to buy JCS from us — we ship to repair shops, fleets, OEMs, distributors, and corporate accounts anywhere in North America.
The full range, in stock. Hi-Torque, Hi-Grip, Multi-Torque, Tamtorque, P-Clips, and Mini clips — not a partial catalog.
Direct from the manufacturer. We source straight from JCS in England, so you get genuine product and current specifications.

A hose clamp only does one job, and it either does it or it leaks. The JCS design is about how evenly the band comes down on the hose.
The band is engineered to close evenly around the hose rather than pulling tight in spots. There are no gaps left behind for pressure to find — which is where leaks start.
The screw runs freely and releases cleanly, so a tech can feel the clamp seat and set it to a precise torque instead of guessing. It makes the clamp faster to fit and far harder to over-tighten.
The components are good enough that the clamp survives being removed and refitted — it is not a one-service part. On equipment that gets opened up repeatedly, that adds up.

JCS clamps are specified in places that do not tolerate a leak — and the volume behind them is what keeps the quality consistent.
Hi-Torque carries Lloyd's Register type approval for marine, offshore, and industrial use — including the sealing of marine wet diesel exhausts, which only a handful of clamps in the world are approved for. Lloyd's Register is the British classification society that surveys and certifies ships and marine equipment worldwide.
All of it made in Suffolk, England. That volume is the reason the tolerances hold: the same line, the same steel, the same inspection, run at a scale that makes a one-off bad batch very unlikely.
JCS runs testing and inspection from steel delivery through to dispatch, including working and braking torque tests on the finished clamp. Field failures are rare enough that most shops never see one.
Hi-Grip is manufactured to exceed BS 5315 and is NATO approved, in zinc-plated, 304, and 316 marine-grade stainless steel.
Anywhere a hose carries something you don't want on the ground — fuel, coolant, hydraulic fluid, slurry, exhaust gas.
Class 7 and 8 trucks, street sweepers, cement mixers, refuse trucks — vocational equipment that idles hard, vibrates constantly, and gets serviced on a schedule rather than when something breaks.
Tractors, sprayers, seed drills, and slurry handling — machines that run in dust and chemicals, often far from a parts counter, where a clamp that can be pulled and refitted in the field matters.
Wellsite and midstream service equipment where the fluid is under pressure, the duty cycle is brutal, and a leak is a shutdown rather than an inconvenience.
Commercial vessels, workboats, and offshore platforms, in 316 stainless for saltwater service — the application the Lloyd's Register approval was earned in.
Stainless steel and zinc-plated clamps and clips for automotive, marine, industrial, agricultural, and security applications.

JCS's original stainless steel worm-drive clamp, in continuous production since 1964 and still the workhorse of the range.

Launched in 1982, Hi-Grip is JCS's flagship worm-drive clip — manufactured to exceed BS 5315, NATO approved, and available in zinc-plated, 304, and 316 marine-grade stainless steel.

Adjustable stainless steel banding clamps sized to fit oversized or irregular diameters that a standard clip can't reach.

Introduced in 1999, Tamtorque clamps use a shielded screw head to resist tampering — built for sign fixing and security-sensitive installs.

Rubber-lined, stainless steel P-clips for mounting and securing cable, tubing, and hose runs, supplied by JCS since 1993.

Zinc-plated nut-and-bolt clips sized for small-bore fuel, vacuum, and coolant lines where a worm-drive clamp is too bulky.
